A correction, a question about a note, or something that needs a clearer explanation?

Write to john@birdbox.org.uk. If you are referring to an article, include its title or page address so the relevant passage is easy to find.

About your message

You do not need to share a home address or the exact location of a nest. A general description is usually enough for an editorial question. Please send only photographs or text you have permission to share.

Birdbox is an independent information website. This inbox is not a wildlife rescue service and cannot provide urgent help for an injured bird. For animal welfare concerns, contact a local wildlife rehabilitator or veterinary practice directly.
